At the beginning of the 20th century the artists of the Futurist Vanguard tried to portray “the movement” in their paintings and sculptures. Isadora Duncan,with her personal style of dance tuned to these artists. Isadora is a wingback chair that explores the types of Nordic designs of the 50’s, but at the same time is imbued with that contained expression of movement that both futurists and bolidists sought.
