A couple + three adult children, who are engaged in liberal professions, were looking to leave their home in the Neve Sha’anan neighborhood and move to a private home in a quieter, greener area.
After almost a year of searching, the right house was found. A property from the 1970s, on a quiet street in Danya, with a rural feel and significant planning potential.
The house was redesigned from the ground up according to the family’s lifestyle: a clear division into levels, so that each child was assigned their own private area, alongside a particularly spacious and luxurious master suite, which includes a walk-in closet, a large bathroom, and a comfortable and bright makeup area, like a hotel suite inside the house.
Since the original structure was dark and gloomy, new, carefully designed openings were opened, with the aim of bringing deep natural light into the house and creating a sense of openness and a constant connection to the green landscape visible from every space. The light, the green, and the proportions together created an experience reminiscent of a continuous vacation.
The planning complexity is reflected in a design tailored to each area of ​​the house, while accurately dealing with existing construction limitations, and creating balanced, open and pleasant spaces to stay in.
The color palette chosen is light and soft, combined with natural materials, with the desire to create a sense of freedom, calm and a resort atmosphere. A home that feels like a haven, one that allows you to slow down and feel like you’re on vacation, even on a daily basis.
